Nisha Gaylord is an ICF Certified Life & NLP Coach, behavioural transformation specialist and Founder of Quantum Lead Academy, with a foundation in Human Resources and Learning & Development. A PG Diploma holder in Training & Development from ISTD, she helps people recognise the invisible patterns, beliefs and identities that shape how they think and perform. Her philosophy: lasting transformation begins not with motivation, but with awareness. An educator, speaker and author of "Born Again Without Dying," she believes you may not need a new life — only a new way of seeing yourself.
